Buyer and seller will exchange draft contract and finalize the same. 4. Seller will provide Proof of Product along with non-operative transferable performnce bond bank to bank. 5. Buyer will issue an irrevocable、 non-transferable DLC. This will make the performance bond operative. 6. Shipment will commence as per the agreed schedule. 7.
