Puer Yongji Biological & Technique Co., Ltd., established in October, 2005, is headquartered in Kunming and consists of two subsidiaries- Pu'er Production Base (covering a total area of 18,000 square meters and having more than 100 people) and Joint Institute of Jiangnan University. We have a registered capital of 10 million Yuan and a total investment of more than 34 million Yuan.
With the cooperative support from Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, our company has strong technical force and the ability to develop new products. Owing to the successful Complex Enzyme Technology application and the going-on cooperation with Jiangnan University, rice starch, rice protein powder and rice powder come to the world in accordance with GMP standard. The annual output of rice starch is up to 10,000t; the annual output of rice protein powder is 12,000t; the annual output of rice powder is 10,000t. The automatic aseptic control is adopted during the entire process. Meanwhile, we have internationally advanced equipment, like Brabender viscometers, Mettler automatic moisture meters, whiteness instruments and other equipment and conduct the real-time monitoring in order to ensure the top quality of our products.
Upon the introduction of advanced production equipment and exquisite technology as well as powerful capabilities in the research and development, our company has passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system and ISO22000:2005 food safety management system and QS certifications as well as KOF-K Kosher certificate. We do not only develop domestic market but also develop overseas markets.
