We, Genuine Golden SDN BHD is an authorized mandate of principal seller with full corporate responsibility are Ready, Willing and Able Represent to supply and sell Crude Palm Oil (CPO) , RBD Palm Olein (Cooking Oil) , Sludge oil at different specifications.
Supply Availability: 100, 000 Metric Ton per Month
Delivery Term: Free on Board (FOB)
Confirmation: The order is confirmed after the Seller receives the
IRREVOCABLE CONFIRMED PURCHASE ORDER (ICPO) and
Bank Comfort Letter (BCL)
Price: LOWER than MPOB Price
Tax / Levis: Excluding Export Tax / Levis
Payment Terms: 10% downpayment during signing contract and 90% by Letter of
Credit.
Performance Bond: The Seller will issue the 2% Performance Bond For the value of
bank instrument
Inspection: By SGS or any similar company at SELLERs expenses at
loading port
Validity: 5 days from the date
Procedure:
1) The seller / sellers mandate issue the Soft Offer to Buyer
2) Buyer send the ICPO with full details and BCL to Seller
ICPO must be on Buyers company letter head
ICPO must contain full and verifiable contact details of Buyer
ICPO must contain Buyers bank coordinate
ICPO must be of current date and not older than 7 days
3) Seller sends the draft contract and the Full Corporate Offer on sellers company letter
head duly signed and sealed.
4) Buyer and Seller sign contract
5) Together with the signed contract, Seller submit Proof of Product and MPOB license
for Buyers bank to issue the BG / SBLC by SWIFT MT760
6) The Seller shall issue 2% of Performance Bond.
7) Delivery of shipment will commence as per the schedule in the contract.
