YK-IX oil-sand anti-fingerprint glass frosting powder takes the hydrochloric acid as the media in the production.It is mainly fit for the processing of flat glass, glass brocks,glasswares, crafts and other glass products. The frosted glass can be widely used in the decorative field as the table top in office,glass screen,partition,glass sliding doors and so on.
【Usage】 Add 5 kg HCL（36%）into 10 kg of glass frosting powder, stir the mixture fully and leave it still for 24 hours, then fully churn up the mixture then it can be put into the production.
【The process of technology in production】 Clean glass product→immerse in the frost liquid for 1-3 minutes→remover→rinse→dry it.
【Attention line】
1. The frosting solution must be made up in plastic or preservative
2. Wear rubber gloves to prevent burning skin, but if it happens, wash the wound immediately with clean water.
3. Be sure the surface of the glasswork is clean without oil, wax and gluey impurities.
4. The quantity of acid added when make the frosting solution depends on the frosted glass effects the clients required.
5. The solution must be fully stirred when it is put into the production, cover when store up.
6. In the production, when the solution has etched certain a number of glass products, add some new glass frosting solution into it to make sure the etching effects.
7. When discharge the waste solution, put some quicklime to neutralize the pollution.
【Storage】 The glass frosting powder should be stored up in the dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture.
