ZJ Single stage centrifugal Slurry Pump ZJ(L) series are designed as single stage, single suction double casing centrifugal slurry pumps. The pumps are classified into vertical(ZJL) and horizontal(ZJ) construction. The ZJ(L) series pumps adopts international advanced solid and liquid two phase flow theory and are made of wear resistant parts. Slurry Pump ZJ(L) series are suitable for handling abrasive and corrosive slurry with solid particles. the concentration of solid and liquid mixed mortar was 45%, the mine slurry is 60%, the medium temperature is less than 60 degree Celsius.
ZJ Slurry pump has high efficiency, energy saving, long life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance etc advantages. ZJ Slurry pump is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials etc industries.
ZJ Slurry pump is for double casing structure. Pump body and pump cover are with replaceable metal lining and metal lining material is for high chromium wear resistant alloy material. Metal lining can be used until wear to extend the maintenance time and reduce operating costs. Pump outlet direction can be installed by 8 rotation Angle.
Bearing assembly: the bearing assembly of the pump adopts cylindrical structure, which is convenient to adjust the clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be removed as a whole during maintenance. Bearings are lubricated with grease.
Shaft seal (seal) : pump shaft seal type packing seal, vane seal, mechanical seal.
Driving type: V belt, elastic coupling, gearbox, hydraulic coupling, frequency conversion drive device etc.
