Features of JZ series silicone rubber mold:
It has good mobility, defoaming，demoulding and certain thixotropy. There is no backflow phenomenon during moulding process.
Elongation, tearing and tensile strength is particularly high. The hardness could be adjusted randomly according to the requirements of users. It has nonexpansion, no shrinkage and good dimension stability.
The operating performance is excellent. The operable time (gel time) is long after adding curing agent. The curing is fast and internal and external synchronous curing could be ensured. Skinning and tacky phenomenon will not be appeared. The curing cycle could be adjusted in a certain range.
The compatibility is good. It can be perfectly combined with the original mold.
For most of the chemicals, it has an excellent endurance capacity.
Warm tips:
A and B components must be fully mixed when using to avoid uneven which will affect the performance of the mould gel.
Various types of A and B components can be interchanged and the performance will not be affected.
A and B components are stored separately. They will be match on site when using. It should be used up in a short time after matching.
The service life of the mold could be prolonged if the mold using mold release agent.
For the need to reduce the hardness of the size, silicone oil with weight of 5~10% component A can be added for dilution.
Silicone rubber mold should be stored in a dry environment. The storage period is one year. The silicone rubber mold is non-toxic and non-dangerous goods.
