5.The end surface of the rotor use hydraulic or mechanical seals ,with adjustable sealing specific pressure and reliable sealing property.
6.The top ram is driven hydraulically ,to realize constant-pressure control of rubber materials.the bottom ram use dro type discharge and is driven hydraulically,it runs stably with short opening and closing times,it has high locking force,good self-locking property,and good sealing property as driven the oil cylinder.
7.The control system of this machine is PLC,which is programmable ,has manual and automatic functions and is convenient to operate ,and the display screen on the operating box can effectively transfer and detect the running status of the main unit and control the rubber mixing quality.
8.This machine is equipped with a box-type dust collector,which can effectively reduce the dust pollution to the rubber mixing environment.
9.This machine is equipped with a soft starter ,which can reduce the instant start current,lessening the impact to the transformer when the equipment is being started.
