Action principle
Open the outlet valve and start the feed pump. After the water supply reaches a certain pressure, the valve core will automatically rise and push off the seat, and the water will flow out. At the same time, the spool connecting rod pulls the vent valve plate to seal the vent. When the feed pump flow is reduced, the valve core falls and the connecting rod is pushed to open the emptying valve plate to open the recycling door to maintain the minimum flow of the pump. When the pump stops, the valve core automatically drops down to close the channel, thus preventing the damage of the high pressure water hammer to the water supply system.
USES:
Empty row check valve installed in a thermal power unit of high pressure feed water pump outlet pipe, to prevent the reverse feed water, protect the feed water pump. The pump valve with zui small work flow by the automatic recirculation valve, when the feed water pump in low load or export the door closed, automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in an open position, to ensure the safe operation of pump. When opened, recycling the bypass valve will automatically shut down.
Structural features:

B. When the main disc moves up and down, the bypass valve will close under the action of medium pressure and spring. At this time, the bypass valve will open.
