2. The emitter feeding, identify, conveyance, storage, and inserting are finished in sync row method. The feeding speed is adjustable according to production speed. Emitters are adhered in exact position with the tape.
3. The extruder’s single screw, extruder nose and tape sizer are specially constructed, with special materials and advanced technology. The melted raw material is well-proportioned, with good appearance and accurate diameter.
4. The vacuum calibration tank and water cooling channel are made of stainless steel. The vacuum is in high stable condition for good production.
5. The high efficience dryer, at the end of water-cooling channel cleans water away from the tape.
6. The emitter holes are made by PLC mechanical punching, which is accurate and fast speed. This part is provided with scatter collection system.
7. Adopt servo controller for traction, smooth speed and making no noise. The reaction speed can be adjustable according to production requirement.
8. The automatic winding machine keeps running even if changing the rolls. Roll length can be changed according to your special need. Signal alarm is set when roll length is finished.
9. We adopt Magnetic heating method to save energy and heating time by 50%.
