CP-20 continuous tyre pyrolysis plant
1. System Introduction:
Cp-20 continuous tyre pyrolysis system is the newest generation completely pyrolysis oil system worldwide, which contains 4 main parts as follows:
(1) Shreder system: This system can pretreat waste tires, and crush the whole tires into small granule with the size of 5-6mm.
(2) Pyrolysis reactor system: This system can pyrolysis the rubber granule into oil, gas and carbon black.
(3) Carbon black milling sytem: This system can mill the tire carbon black upto 2500mesh
(4) Carbon black pelletizer system: This system can make round pellets from carbon black fine powder

3.1 Production Capacity
The full system can process 20Ton waste tires per day(24hours), to get 5Ton scrap steel wires, 7Ton tire oil and 6Ton carbon black pellets, the finest carbon black size is up to 2500 mesh.
