It can treat both radial tyre and bias tyre and get rid of the nylon or steel in the waste tyre. Waste tyre production line machine consist of rubber crusher ,ring cutter,strip cutter,block cutter,press loop machine,rubber screen,magnetic plant and conveyer. Through ring cutter,strip cutter,block cutter ,processing tyre change into 3.5cm block.second,using XKP 350/400/450/560/560D model rubber crusher ,it can be a colloidal.then using rubber screen ,magnetic plant and conveyer. Separate steel and powder .it can be made 10-30 mesh powder.

The rollers are made of vanadium alloy chilled cast iron, hard wear-resistant surface, front and rear rollers are grooved rollers, cavity processing, so that the roll surface temperature uniformity.
