High output oil rate sesame oil press
1. Product description of sesame oil press
Model: 6YL-95 and ZX-10 screw type presses are advanced oil processing machinery, characterized by their simple design, easy to use, wide suitability and continuous operation, and also, high productivity and high oil output rate, moreover, they can be used for various raw materials, as ground nuts, beans, rapeseeds and cotton seeds, sesame, olive, sunflower, coconuts, cocoa and grass seeds etc. However, they are suitable for medium-small sized oil extruding workshop or professional farmers. Certainly, they can be used for pre-pressing submerging oil workshops too.

2. Operation principle of sesame oil press
When oil press is operating, prepared materials enter the es-truding chamber from the hopper and then moves forwards by the rotating pressing. Screwed and is pressed. Under the high pressure will be created, which also creates friction and relative movement among material particles. On the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw varies larger from one end to the other hence, when rotating, it not only pushes particles moving but turns them outwards as well. Meanwhile particles adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw’s rotating, causing every particle adjacent the screw will rotate along with screw’s rotating, causing every particles insides the chamber to posses different speed. Therefore, relative movement among particles creates heat which is necessary duting manufac-turing because of helping protein change properly, damage col-loid, increase plasticity, decrease oil, elasticity, resulting in high oil productivity.
