Product Description:

Technical Parameter:
1. Tensile strength of mould material is over 200 MPa
2. Die and mould forming surface hardness is within HB170~240
3. Bending strength of mould material is over 400MPa
4. Produce surface is very smooth through special processing; forming surface roughness can reach 1.6µm
5. Generally, customer sends us the drawing and state clearly the full technical requirement, our production totally obey with customer’s.
