Inspection
We can arrange inspection - just contact us and we will work out the details. Most items can be inspected anytime, but there may be cases where an item inspection will be limited to business hours M - F. Additionally, if you are unable to inspect in-person and require further information, we will make every effort to furnish you with any picture or video that you request. Please contact us.
Shipping/Packing/Palletizing/Insurance
Unless otherwise stated - all shipping and packaging/palletizing costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. Shipping quotes are dependent on accuracy of addresses and request for quotes must include a physical address and this item will ONLY ship to a verifiable commercial delivery location.
We will work with any buyer to make acceptable arrangements. We do not consider shipping/packing/palletizing/insurance costs as profit - they are a "pass-through" expense - the BUYER will pay what we pay. Your shipping costs are direct - some items are very heavy and will require extensive preparation & packing for freight - we will make every effort to find as economical arrangements as we can - contact us with any questions or concerns.
We will ship your item as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days for standard hydraulic cylinders in stock; for custom cylinders or special ones, it depends on production period and order quantity. We will advise you of any delay resulting from necessary special handling/packaging/palletizing/crating. We will also advise you of any delay in shipping based on the payment method. Once the item is released to the shipper the SELLER will notify the BUYER and will supply all available information and details including tracking numbers, if applicable.
