Terms : a) Seller issues FCO, which will has to be signed and endorsed by Buyer
on acceptance of the terms and conditions and returned a copy to Seller as
acknowledgement of acceptance;
b) Buyer will next issue the ICPO to Seller;
c) Supply & Purchase Contract Agreement will be signed at lawyer office in
Malaysian/Singapore;
d) Down-Payment in Cashier's Order to the amount of 5% of contract value to be
paid on signing of the S&P agreement;
e) Balance 95% by confirmed Letter of Credit at sight, to be established within 3
working days after signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement;
Validity : This offer is valid for seven days from date of this offer subject to prior
sale.
