1. Description:
----1. Reducer:adopts a hard facing gear reducer.
----2. Protect system: Magnetic Brake.
----3.The roll:made in chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. Hardness;HS 65~75.
----4. The foundation is jointed type. And the sidewalls are all ductile cast iron.
----5. The mill is adopted with bearing bushings.
----6. The lubrication is with grease. The grease is loaded into a pump, which is driven by the big gear. So the lubrication is automatic.
