Our company specializes in developing and producing co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruders as well as researching and developing new technology in the relevant field. At present, our company mainly produces co-rotating parallel extruders, two-stage mixing extruders, and single-screw extruder assembly. Scope of products: SHJ series of co-rotating twin-screw extruders, SHJS series of two-stage extruders, SJ series of single screw extruders, and wood and plastic compounds (WPC).
The superior characteristics of extruders:
1. Barrels and screws are both designed with building blocking principle. According to the material performance and technological requirements, our extruder adopts different screw configuration. This realizes multi-use of one machine.
2. New-type torque distribution gearing is increasing the width of the transmission gears, improving the accuracy of gear processing, increasing the stiffness of cabinets, increasing operation smoothness and safety factor, and improving the casting quality of cabinets.
The whole reliability and bearing capacity will be increased by more than 25%. The lubrication mode of gearbox has been improved. The lubrication mode has been changed from single submerged lubrication to submerged lubrication together with spray lubrication in the important parts. This will increase the reliability of lubrication.
3. Screw elements and core shafts adopt involute spline coupling. The screw elements adopt toothed curve by computer optimal design, and have excellent self-cleaning ability and interchangeability.
4. Twin-screw barrels, soft water cooling system and vacuum system adopt external structure. We use stainless steel materials to produce water tanks and vacuum tanks. It is easy to maintain and clean them. The electromagnetic valves are imported products, which have high reliability.
5. We increase temperature controlling areas of twin-screw extruders. Adjustment is flexible. Control is precise.
6. Many kinds of pelletizing modes: water cooling strand, air-cooling hot-face, water-ring hot-face, eccentricity water fog, underwater pelletizing, vertical water-ring, and water spraying water-ring.
7. Many kinds of feeding modes: volumetric metering feeding, two-stage side feeding, three-piston liquid metering feeding, and weight-loss metering feeding.
