Product detail: Capacity:mold manufacturing, injection molding, die-casting, metal stamping and LSR molding Mold Tracking Program: 1. Provide preliminary mold assembly design drawing for customer confirmation in a couple of days 2. Get comments from customer 3. Mold design updates according to customer's feedback 4. Submitted mold drawings to customer for final approval 5. Final mold drawings approved by customer 6. Start mold making, schedule T1 time and prepare the BOM to customer 7. Weekly report with images sends to customer periodically, in order to monitor the latest status. Prepare relative documents and plastic resins for mold trial 8.T1 samples submit to customer by its assigned express DHL or FEDEX，tracking number & time of arrival will be sent to customer 9. Mold Test Report and QC Report will be sent to customer by e-mail before they get the samples 10. Change the mold according to the customer comments on the samples 11. T2 samples as steps of 8 and 9 12. Sample final confirmed and test the mold to check its quantity for future production 13. Check and inspect each technical and construction details of the mold under the related staff before mold shipment 14. Collect the related papers and prepare for packing and shipment
