Product detail:
Tea time is what they call it and the British have made it such an integral part of their daily regimen it has become virtually synonymous with that European island nation. As the British spread throughout the world, settling here and there, they brought their tea drinking disposition with them. Now tea time is enjoyed throughout Asia and especially in China and India.
Along with the obvious benefits of being a relaxing way to while away the time whilst chatting amicably to friends and family, drinking tea also comes with health benefits. What a fantastic combination!
The tea that is recognized by most is black tea. While many are aware of the health benefits of green tea, its relative, black tea, also boasts beneficial health attributes.
Like all other teas, black tea comes from one plant, in this case it is the Camellia Sinensis plant. Not all black teas are identical. They tend to differ in their spcific chatacteristics such as colour, flavour, body and aroma. The deciding factor is where the tea is grown based upon elevation higher elevations are best) and soil conditions primarily. Very often, a black tea is named after the region in which it is grown. Major tea growing countries in the world have growing conditions that are high in elevation; countries like Laos, China, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, and parts of East Africa for example.
ECO-PLACE BLACK TEA HAS A LOT OF BENEFITS TO OFFER ITS DRINKERS:
A question that is often raised is whether or not tea contains caffeine. The answer is yes. However, it is often lower than the amount found in coffee. Caffeine is a stimulant which makes the heart beat a little faster and thus increases blood flow which in turn can increase alertness and energy levels. However, too much is not good. Tea seems to have a happy medium of caffeine, just the right amount to give you a boost without over stimulation which puts stress on the heart and cardiovascular system. Drinking our Eco-Place Black Tea can help sharpen your focus and help you concentrate. Fluoride, a trace element also found in the tea, helps to inhibit tooth decay and strengthens tooth enamel. Eco-place Black Tea also contains an abundant amount of tannins (astringent chemicals that help create proteins), which have a great soothing, anti-inflammatory effect on the digestive tract.
