VSI5X sand crusher is widely used in metal and nonmetal mine, concrete, fireproof material, abrasive material, construction aggregate, sand, metallurgy and so on. VSI5X series sand crusher is applied to medium-fine crush all of the ore and rock such as iron ore, nonferrous metal, emery, bauxite, granite,basalt and so on.

VSI5X sand crusher machine main features and benefits

1. Rotor with deep chamber increases 30% capacity after perfect design.

2. Side plate direction can be changed to increase material utility ratio, operating ratio can be increased 48%.

3. Worn hammer with combined type is only changed to reduce operating cost 30%. Another pair of vice hammer is added to prevent from damaging main hammer and side plate.

4. The most key wear resistant material uses wear resistant and high temperature resistant material in American important area.

5. Rhombus shape impact plate is used to prevent side plate from being damaged.

VSI5X sand crusher machine working principle

Feed at center : Materials fall into the hopper and then through the central well enter the high speed rotator which will throw out the materials with high speed. Firstly, the materials strike with the materials that are free falling down. Secondly, materials strike the materials-liner in the vortex or the impact liner and are rebounded to the top of crushing cavity and then deflecting fall down. Thirdly, the falling materials with the shoot materials form a continuous materials curtain. Lastly, crushed materials be discharged from the under discharging opening.

Feed both at center and at sides : The materials fall into the hopper and circle hole and then be dividend into two pats by the distributing plate, One part of materials cross the distributing plate and enter in to the high speed impeller and then is accelerated and throw out from the impeller .
