During the process of operating, the rotor in high speed will be brought along by the electric motor. The material will be stricken by the Flat Hammer to be crushed, and then be countered to the liner for the second crushing, then be discharged through the discharge opening.

Rotor

Rotor is easy to be found in impact crusher, it is in the center of the whole machine. As the key parts, most of wear parts are installed on rotor. And rotor must keep dynamic balance, so rotor must be maintained regularly.

Main Shaft

The Main Shaft is the most important part of impact crusher; it is installed in rotor and supported by bearings installed in the two sides of crusher. For it carries the whole rotor, it affects the performance of impact crusher.

Compaction Wedge

Compaction Wedgesinstalled on the rotor are used to fasten the Blow Bars of impact crusher rotor. Special lock theory is adopted, they ensure that Blow Bars won’t fall off and the impact crushers work safety.

Guarding Bar

Guarding Bars are installed on the rotor; it is designed to protect the rotor from being abraded when impact crusher is working. Under the protection of Guarding Bars, the dynamic balance is easy to keep and the machine is much steadier.

Square Bar

Square Bars are installed in the corners of impact crusher. By using Square Bars, the machine frame knuckle-point, which is easy to be abraded, are well protected and the service life of the machine is increased greatly.

Impact Plate 01

This Impact Plates are used at Impact Crusher 1210. Impact Plates are installed in the Impact Racks. Because the impact forces of different parts are quite different, Impact Plates are designed to three sharps. Being impacted by stones directly, they are also belong to one of the chief wear parts.

Blow Bar

Blow Bar is installed on the rotor and it must be wearable. For Blow Bar always impacts the materials that are to be crushed directly, it is abraded easily and belongs to one of the chief wear parts of impact crusher.
