This machine is applicable to both nonwoven and blowing carding production line. It is employed to reserve fibre in the middle of the production line and guarantees even constant amount of transporting fibre. Simultaneously the fibres are further opened by the opening rolls.

Main structure character:

The BG032 Reserve Silo is equipped with PLC and antimonite system and work with FT301B continuous feeding controller. According to the need of later silo and roller card, it adjusts automatically the output. Parameter preset, fault display. Filling weight controlled by photocells.
