     PET Bottles Crushing and Washing Line

 (1)Full automatic PET bottle crushing washing line

         This line is the best proposal for PET bottles recycling, with full system configuration

       including: label removing, crushing, flotation, hot washing, floatation, drying, vibrosieve and

       final paper suction then to the silo for storing. 

 (2) Processing capacity : 300kg/h, 500kg/h. 1000kg/h and more

       as  per requirement by customer.

 (3)Steel parts : wet parts made by high quality stainless steel SS304

       Crusher blades : SKD-11

       Electric elements ( contactors and relays ) : Siemens, Fuji brand.
