Thermal Oil Circulation Heating Reactor

Application:

Stainless steel reactor is widely used in in the reaction, evaporation, synthesis, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, and nitration of chemical, food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical industry.

Introduction:

As the users’ production process and operating conditions vary, stirring device has anchor, paddle, worm-type, push, and frame type. There is a welding support in jacket wall, and the support is hanging or supporting. An emptying valve is equipped at the bottom of the reator.

Functions:
1、Stainless steel material has excellent mechanical properties, and can work under high pressure,  and withstand the impact force when feeding bulk solid materials.
2、Good heat resistance, and working temperature covers a wide field(-196~600°C). It will not oxidation and peeling at higher temperatures, so it can be used to direct fire heating.

3、Has good corrosion resistance, and rustless.
4、The heat transfer effect is better than enamel reactor, heating and cooling faster.

5、With good processing properties, it can be made of a variety of different shapes and structures according to process requirements. Reactor walls can be polished, so that is not linked to material, and easy to clean.
