Introduction of machine

I. General Description

This machine meets the requirements of Standard GA95-2007: “Service and Scrap Rules for Fire Extinguisher” issued by Ministry of Public Security on October 1, 2007. The machine can be used for hydraulic test, internal cleaning and external cleaning of barrel of hand fire-extinguisher and transportable fire extinguisher and is equipped with the electric pressure testing pump, which saves the expenses of purchasing the equipment and enhances the working efficiency.

II. Functions

1. To clean the internal and external wall of barrel of powder fire extinguisher;

2. To do the pressure test for the barrel of powder fire extinguisher

III. Performance and Characteristics:

1. Range of Cleaning and Pressure Test: 0.5 - 8kg and 35kg.
2. To reduce energy consumption. The water for hydrostatic test and cleaning of internal and external wall of barrel can be used circularly. The primary filtration can prevent the foreign matter 2 mm in diameter from entering into the pressure testing pump, and the second stage filtration can prevent the foreign matter 0.1mm or above in diameter from entering into the pressure testing pump.
3. The machine can test the barrel of all kinds of models of fire extinguishers produced all over the country.
