1. Using Instruction of  mould making RTV silicone rubber:

 Mould making RTV silicone rubber consists of two components.Component A is a white flowing liquid and component B is the curing agent.

Detailed steps:

a.take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for  mixing evenly.

b.After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles.

c.After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.

2. Description of  mould making RTV silicone rubber:

Mould making RTV silicone rubber is mainly used for toy gifts and craftwork gifts with the advantages of good tensile strength, high tear strength, high temperature resistance, high duplication times and repeated use, etc.

Mould making RTV silicone rubber is suitable for small products or fine and precision products which is difficult to demould.

 Mould making RTV silicone rubber is one of the products with the highest use level in the production of craftwork gifts and the shrinkage is up to 0.2%.   

3.Applications of  mould making RTV silicone rubber:

Mould making RTV silicone rubber is used for Poly technique, lightings, candles, and  molds in multiple pieces for large products.  

4. Note: the product is used for pouring or brushing technique:

a.fix the product or sole model to be duplicated onto a plane plate,

b.then enclose the plane frame with wooden plates to prevent the leakage of the silicon ,

c.mix the silicone rubber and the curing agent evenly according to the mixing ratio of 100 : 2 and pour them onto the sole model,

d.then brush evenly with a wooden plate or a brush, and fill up the mold frame with gypsum after the silicone rubber is dried. 

5.Storage and Precautions of  mould making RTV silicone rubber:

The product, which is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about one year from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
