Raw material requirement for bulk coal :
1.Sawdust, Peanutshell, Rice husk, sugar cane bagasse, Coffee Husk, Forestry Wastes, Wood Chips, Wood Shaving and many other Agro wastes.Wood, Wood chips, Wood shavings, Sawdust, Rice husk, Sunflower husk, CoffeeHusk, Sugar Cane Bagasse, Peanut shell, Jute waste, Bamboo Dust, Grape skin & other agro & forest waste.
2.Raw material moisture: 8%-12%.
3.Size of raw material: 3mm-5mm.
Production line product flow for bulk coal :
1.Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.
2.Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.
3.Pressing to raw material into briquette.
4.Carbonization the briquette into charcoal.
Working principle for bulk coal :
Wood briquetting machine are mainly using to processing sawdust, straw, rice husks and other materials. Under high pressure and temperature, converting substantial biomass or wood wastes into high density and energy concentrated hollow biomass fuel briquettes (half charcoal stick).
During the briquette processing, no need to use binder and noxious chemical, therefore suppress good wooden stick in the combustion heat, pollution free, and the finished rod could be round, square, the diameter is 50 to 80mm, and then loaded charring furnace and carbonization kiln for carbonization.
Final product for bulk coal :
1.Out diameter of final briquettes is: 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm.
2.Length of final briquette could be controlled and changed according to your requirement.
3.Features: High capacity, low energy consumption, compact and durable.
