11G water pressure tank is different from other types of pressure tank,
it is massive capacity tank (with base ) for large supplying faxilities.
The water is stay between Polypropylene liner and butyl diaphragm .
The RO water storage tank are made of 4 main parts:
the inner most layery | butyl diaphragm |
the second layer | polypropylene liner |
the outside layer | metal sheet |
the bottom | plastic predestal |
Each product factory pressuer test have been 1MP,2MP is not the highest
burst pressure test. Part of each wading, food-grad materials are used,
for RO system design.
New design to improve diaphram:it can work not only put but also put side.
