Product detail: I.         Product Performance

This product adopts alcohol as solvent which is safe, no toxic and no smell. This product mainly used in lamination of pearl films and ice-cream package.

 It is no need curing, which is good for production efficiency.

 Save cost. 20% cost lower than double component adhesive glue.

 Solid content: 42±2

I.         Usage instruction: 

Dilution, adhesive glue: solvent=1：1~1.5

The solvent is industrial alcohol, in which water content should be less than 1%; otherwise the transparency and peeling strength shall be affected.

 Dilution method:  Put solvent into main agent, stir fully.

 Coating: this product fits smooth roller and web roller.

 Coating amount: coating amount can be 1~4 g/㎡ according to material and usage requirement.

 Drying: drying tunnel should have enough wind, wind speed and temperature.  Drying tunnel first sector 50℃~60℃, last sector 75℃~85℃.

 Lamination press and temperature should be increased as possible but without damage films.

II.      Notification 

This product can’t be mixed with other adhesive glue, before using it, please clean equipments.

Compounded adhesive glue should be stored in closed container. Because of solvent evaporation, alcohol can be added if adhesive glue becomes thick.  Stir fully, and then it can be used again.  Compounding amount is better to according to usage requirement.

This product should be stored at dry dark ventilate place, storage period is 6 months. It should be away from fire resource when store and transport.

The laminated material, additives, oil ink type, solvent quality, production process all has effect to final product. (The data offered is for reference, test should be executed before mass production.
