2. Galvanized Lattice Transmission Steel Tower Fabrication Process
The Galvanized Lattice Transmission Steel Tower is manufactured in complete knocked-down condition following the procedures as per our quality assurance plan. The general of production procedure is briefly describled as Fabrication and Galvanizing. Process of fabrication comprises of cutting, satmping, strengthening, punching, notching, bending and heel grinding. Then the products are ready for galvanizing which is one of critical process in all production.
Galvanizing of Galvanized Lattice Transmission Steel Tower
1. Degreasing of tower parts with Sodium Hydroxide solution.
2. Pickling to clean up the surface with HCl solution
3. Rinsing twice with fresh water to remove the acid content.
4. Fluxing wth synth flux to prepare surface for galvanizing.
5. Drying on hot plate.
6. Dipping in zinc bath with 99.95% pure zinc at 450° C to 465° C temperature.
7. Quenching in water.
8. Dichromating.
Thickness< 5mm, galvanization thickness≥ 460G/M² (65um)
Thickness> 5mm, galvanization thickness≥ 610G/M² (86um)
